In addition to some new TECHNIC parts expected in 2H sets, want which we've been already discussing [1]*,
there are some new ones, appearing now with the new Space Police and Agents sets. Despite being highly specialized, they may turn to be useful.

You may found them on sets 8967, 5970, 5971 and 5972.
*) We also suspect about a new part design for TECHNIC gear racks [2, 3], which however we have not yet seen any images from that part alone.

Nice! I always like their variations of perpendicular connectors (re: 63869), looks like it will be useful. The little frames (64178, 64179) look pretty useful too. Any means of connecting studless beams at 90 deg. and keeping the overall height of the assembly at 1 stud is definitely useful.
bb399 looks a little funky. 85943 looks most useful. It looks like the clevis is spaced such that you can connect a traditional Technic brick (but I wonder if the end of it would butt up against the inside of the clevis or if it would have room to rotate a little?). Either way, this basically allows you to connect Technic bricks at 90 deg. and keep the whole assembly one brick high. I like that! :-)
I don't think I'll ever find a use for bb399 & 85943. The liftarms and the connector is great though!
I admit that together with some angle connectors, the bb399 may have some use.
Lets wait and see which uses TLG will come with. If any in the TECHNIC sets themselves.
I think the 85943 will be very useful for creating structures with dimensions other than those provided by the 64178 and the 64179.
As for the bb399, I have some doubts about the strength of the connection between the axle and the pinhole, so I think it'll only be able to be used on decorative, non-stressed structures (whenever I see it, I think about the 8465 Extreme Off-Roader's headlights).
Finally, the 63869 appears to be useful, but not as much as the others. Nonetheless, it should provide some more construction options, and that's always good.
